I'm so thankful this holiday is coming to a close. It's killing me!!
Friday, I took the girls out to a movie and had a coke- that's something I don't have much of these days. In fact, since January 8, I have had about 4 or 5. (Friday, I used 5 of my weekly points)
Yesterday, Jason and I celebrated Valentine's day by going out to dinner and then going out for Cold Stone. I am never having that again! It was delicious, yes, but my "love it" size of Founder's Favorite had over 1000 calories!! If my calculations are right, it was about 25 points for that little beauty!! Thank goodness I only ate half of it, but I devoured the rest just before sitting down to the computer today. (I used 8 of my weekly points on Saturday) Today isn't quite over, but I have 3 points left. I plan to use them very wisely.
I hope I'm not going to have scale shock when I get on on Thursday!! It's a good thing I've been exercising every day since this past Thursday!!
About weekly points: I try not to use mine. I save them for emergencies when I can't control what's going into the food or if I need a little pick me up. Do you use yours? What's your strategy on weekly points? I'd like some feedback!
